These frontline heroes of Amazon India urge you to stay home and stay safe
Even as Prime Minister Modi lauded the efforts of those engaged with e-commerce companies as delivery personnel, praising them for continuing to deliver grocery even in these trying times, we spoke to some of the Amazon delivery heroes, who are working at the fulfillment centers or out on the roads making deliveries, to make sure that your essentials reach you in this time of need.
As we resume services for essential products city by city, the contribution of our frontline heroes becomes more and more critical. Hear what they have to share.

We have resumed services for essential products in Bangalore, Pune, Noida, Ludhiana, Lucknow, Mysore and Raipur. We will be first serving existing orders for essential products. We are accepting new orders for essential products using pre-paid payment methods only. Considering the extensive lockdowns and restrictions in movement, deliveries may be delayed. We thank the local authorities for their help on this critical service to our customers. We will continue to work with the local authorities across the country to help enable more deliveries.
